Jay was great! Had an issue with my PC later in the night, he walked me through what to do. When that didn’t work I brought it to him and he quoted me at 2 hours of work. When the problem ended up being deeper then what we thought it was he still stood by that quote. Even though he worked on my computer for an excess of 6 hours he still only charged me for 2 hours of labor! And even after I got it home, one of my programs wouldn’t launch. I gave him a call and he went above and beyond to help me work through my issue over the phone and we got it figured out.
