I have waited to post this review so that all emotion is gone from the job they did for us last spring/summer. I will try to be succinct in my review. This review is based on my opinion on the deck job they did for us. Would we hire them again...no to sum it up quickly. Here' s why... Estimation process - poor/lengthy. The estimate was way off from the end pricing we were given, therefore we had to modify our job. The owner blamed it on the estimator who had left and negotiated 2,500 off of the 8K they were off. It is rare for me to write a review for any business. I just don't usually take the time to do it, unless I am unusually compelled. I was so impressed by Brooks Home Renovations that I had to write a review and let others know the quality of their work.
I will begin by listing words that describe their work: Detail-focused, Professional, Beautiful workmanship and creative. Every inch of our rather large renovation, floor to ceiling was thoroughly inspected with critical eyes before they consider themself finished with the work. I feel like I live in a home off HGTV!

Brooks Home Renovations were 100% professionals. I greatly appreciated the steady communication from the owner Tony and crews working on our home. The working crews were timely, easy to communicate with and offered solid craftmanship. We greatly appreciated the how the team members at Brooks Home Renovations provided a line by line quote to help us understand the costs of each part of the remodel. Lastly, we greatly appreciated how they were conscious of our budget and kept the project to the signed agreement price. I would highly recommend them for a future project.
