I could never say enough about how they treated me and our son when his well pump failed. On a Friday morning and 6 hours later they were here, 2 hours later everything is done and they left, prices were more than fair for the services received. Thanks to Roger and the office staff. We'll definitely call again whenever we need well service
I cannot say enough good things about this company. In addition to having done our well inspection and other work, they are incredibly helpful with any questions or problems that arise. An example, on the Saturday before Christmas 2023, a few days after having a new iron filter and softener put in by a different company, I awoke to no water in the house. In a mild panic, I called Weber and they walked me through how to get my water flowing again. They even called back later to make sure everything was still good. When I offered to pay them for their time, I was told not to worry about it. Absolute fantastic service!
Mark and Lisa were both outstanding to work with! Lisa went above and beyond on customer service. She researched issues for me and was easy to talk to. Mark was a real pro on the job site with a ton of experience. I couldn't recommend Weber Well Drilling any higher! Great people run this business...Service: Pump repairs & installation
