For years we have taken our dog Honey to local groomers in the area. Honey is an anxious dog, who is tremendously scared of going anywhere. From the start, Jess has always been super patient with our dogs and even informed us that a lot of honeys behavior mirrors past trauma or past experiences from the groomers who were not as patient and gentle with our dogs. A few days after our dogs would be groomed, they would seem completely off and wanted nothing to do with us; now, as soon as we bring the dogs home they act as though they don’t even remember their appointment and act like their energetic and sweet selves. There is no other groomer in this area that our family would recommend. Jess does a great job and you can clearly see her passion for animals (despite them not cooperating most times). Thank you Jess, from the bottom of my heart, for taking such good care of our pups! 🐶
