I called and made an appointment. He did the work at the price he told me. He showed up when he told me he would be there. I called several others and never even got a call back. I depend on the contractors to be there when I make an appointment, as I usually have to take PTO to get work completed at our home. So when they do not show or value my time it costs me additional money too.
