Have been looking and trying to find some help with our home cleaning. Mostly followed the same pattern: good at first then gradually decreasing in quality but increasing in price. Not Cleaning Authority. So glad to have found them.Service: Standard cleaning

Matt did a fine clean on 8/9. I would definitely recommend. Updated: 3/6/24 TCA is an excellent cleaning service. I am very happy with the service we received today. All the positives I "clicked" about The Cleaning Authority are true!Service: Standard cleaning

I had a trainer with 2 young women come to clean my house. Overall very good, thorough job. There were a few spots that were missed; the trainer (Hailey) took care of this immediately. They finished in 1.5 hours which seemed like not enough time to clean my house, but there were 3 women (Hailey, Analia, & Cenzie) and overall I was very happy.Today was 2nd time cleaning. Kitchen area floor (linoleum) better this time but still unable to get all ground in dirt out. Carpet around litter box was not vacuumed. My other concern is how do 2 people thoroughly clean my house in under 2 hours? I came back from running errands just under the 2 hour mark and they were already gone....read full review
