The quality and energy were top notch! Tammy was phenomenal and went above and beyond! I wasn't sure what color of gel I wanted so she suggested a few shades and even got the whole team that works there involved in picking out some other options as well. Once I received my gel manicure I felt like a new person! My friend (who is very particular) had a gel pedicure and she loved the end results! They have the largest selection of gel colors I've ever seen in a a nail salon. (Including cat's eye and chrome styles!) I have been to Ritz a few times. I was liking the service good enough, but finally had an experience that turned me away. Overall, the services decent and good. There was one time they told me to come in when I made an appointment and they kind of forgot about me taking a few people ahead of me in line until I asked about it. They finally put me in and I was helped. It wasn't the biggest deal, but it definitely added another 30 minutes. I feel like the technicians take a little bit longer than other places. If you don't have someone that you know really well there that can get the work done efficiently. I was fine with it taking a little bit longer since I really didn't know who to ask for every time I booked. I turned off the last time though because I tried to charge my service with a credit card. I had cash ready for the tip. They did not let me charge my service and made me take cash out of their cash machine instead. They told me that their credit card machine was broken, which seemed doubtful. There was no sign by the credit card machine that said it was broken, and I was the last customer of the evening since it took so long. So I had to go to the cash machine and pay an extra fee to take out cash in order to pay them. I was ready to tip with cash but now I had pay an extra fee in order to pay for the service (ATM fee). I did it without complaining, but I just decided that that was enough for me. I'm onto a new nail salon.
They were able to get me in with no appointment. They had 6 employees working right when the opened! Salon is always clean! Staff is very friendly. Young gentleman who did my pedicure was very kind, professional and gave a great foot/leg massage! ?
