“My first experience with the shop was a Saturday morning when I called at 8am with an emergency. My son received a horrible haircut at the local Sports Clips in my area the day before and had his Junior Prom that night. Initially, there was no answer and I did not leave a message, but Sam returned my call unexpectedly anyway! He adjusted his personal schedule to arrive an hour early to fit in a haircut for my son. He didn't make us feel like an inconvenience and took the time to Google and show my son ideas to help fix the haircut. He gave him pointers on products to use and how style it. I was beyond grateful for his help and how amazing it turned out!

While I waited for my son to finish, each barber who arrived to work, walked in greeting every customer with a welcome hello. I was so incredibly impressed by the professionalism of Sam and all the barbers, as I watched each of them work skillfully! I would not hesitate to trust any of them to cut my son's hair in the future!“
