A young girl had a positive first-time experience at Schlaefer Optometrists, with the team making the visit enjoyable and informative for her. She was so pleased with her visit that she continues to talk about it days later. The family plans to return for all future eye exams and care. My 6 year old daughter's first time at the optometrist was made a very positive experience by Dr Ann and her team. My daughter keeps on telling me all about her visit, and all the different tests they did, days after the visit, as if it was all a fun game for her. She also liked your resident dog very much. Very positive experience for our family. Will be back for all follow ups and exams for the rest of our family. Thank you
This office is by far the best one I have ever been to in my almost 20 years of wearing glasses. Every member of the staff is kind and welcome and makes you feel like you’re right at home. The doctor genuinely cares about your comfort along with making sure you have the right prescription. They are also amazing with your children and have so much patience with them. I will come here every time myself and my children need an optometrist.
This whole group is amazing! I called the last week in December after my 3 year old son had been complaining of his eyes hurting. We have been to the regular docs and pediatrician multiple times with no real reason or solution to his ongoing discomfort. They had no appointments until after the first of the year. They called me back a short time later to tell me they would come in early the next day just to see him. Jenny and Dr Schlaefer were amazing. They took their time and put him at ease to garnish cooperation. They found the cause of the discomfort and offered effective treatment.
