The associates at drop off and pickup were friendly and real dog lovers. The associates were knowledgeable of our upcoming extended stay for Bucky and Rosie and helpful regarding this upcoming stay.
We have brought our dogs here for multiple years and are continually impressed. Our boys always are well taken care of and the shampooing included with longer stays is next level! The online booking is a game changer as well.
Running Acres took excellent car of my Great Dane for 11 days while I was on a family vacation. My dog is less than two years old and had little experience with other dogs before his stay at RA. He can be very timid but after a few days the staff was able to make him so comfortable he did not want to come home. Staff are also very responsive and genuinely concerned for my pet. this was my first experience boarding a pet and it was the best experience I could have asked for. I highly recommend this business.
