Very friendly and explains everything in fine detail. Worked with us to figure out what the best unit would be and didnt push us to buy the biggest and best. Fast service had it done within few hours. Our water is amazing, no more orange toilets and tubs. Skin isnt dry and tastes amazing! And best of all theres no maintenance. Maybe burn through a bag of salt a month with 3 kids and 2 adults. Would recommend for any of your water problems.
