Mai was absolutely AMAZING! She is super nice, down to earth and helps you along in the process! Numbing cream doesn't work that well on me, so my procedure was a little painful. Mai was super sweet about it, she understood I couldn't stop jerking around because of the discomfort. We chatted like old friends, such a great experience. I can't wait for the results!!
