Very clean and well maintained. Management on site. Reasonably priced washers and dryers. New machines, all in very good working order. Snacks available in vending machines. Air-conditioned and very spacious. Dry cleaning service on opposite side of the building. Also reasonably priced.

Always so clean and organized. In the summer time, the A/C inside Village Clean never fails. I hate doing laundry, BUT when I know I am coming to do my laundry @ Village Clean in Burlington, WI, I truly appreciate the cleanliness and temperature controlled quarters ?

I am incredibly happy with the additional service I received today. It turns out there was a new employee that was not fully trained and didn't know how to best handle my specific situation.. The owner reached out and and has completely taken care of my problems. Absolutely amazing customer service and we will continue using them for sure.They weren't able to get any of the items Ibrought in cleaned and they still charged me over $100. When I tried to ask about it she said "you win some you lose some" they lost my business forsure. To bad iv been going there for a few years too.
