Shopko Optical is awesome. However, I overpaid for my glasses in May 2022. I didn't get my money back until September 2022. That's too long to wait for an overpayment.

This optical store is very helpful with all your Eyewear needs. The doctor was wonderful answering all your questions and very theral on the exam. The Opticians were very friendly, knowledgeable with insurance and fit you perfectly with the correct Eyewear thats suitable for your needs. I used to go to a private practice for exams and Eyewear, after my experience, I absolutely recommend this place.

I just had an eye exam by Dr. Elmore and was assisted by Heather with choosing glasses. I can’t say enough great things about both of them. I was also assisted by 2 people who were extremely friendly when I came in. Dr. Elmore really put me at ease during my eye exam and she was very friendly and very thorough. Heather helped me choose my glasses and what upgrades I wanted. She was amazing. So helpful and took her time explaining each feature and was able to answer all of my questions.
