I’m really disappointed with how Aurora Sports Health handled my insurance verification. When I first called, I was told they’d confirm my coverage, let me know if anything wasn’t covered, or give me an estimate of my out-of-pocket costs. They assured me everything was covered, so I went ahead with treatment. Months later, I found out only part of my therapy was covered, and no one ever reached out to tell me. I never received any EOBs or billing updates, and now I’m facing unexpected bills that have caused financial strain.
I understand mistakes can happen, but I hope this clinic improves communication and transparency with patients.
