Had quotes from 3 companies, one of which was Energy Masters aka milwaukee roofing. The owner Jim was the only human I spoke with and the other estimates were crazy insane pricing! Showed one to Jim and he got mad because they wanted to put tar (or something like that) on my extension roof which I guess is only supposed to be for commercial use PLUS I told them that the extension did NOT need any work on it. I was strictly looking for shingles on the main house. So, of course I went with Energy Masters who had not only the best price but pointed out what I did and did not need.
