I have had our taxes done here for 15 years, first with Jim and now with Jake. Both are quite accommodating to schedules and circumstances. Through COVID they offered a secure place to upload documents and then complete final touches with a phone call; I even continued this convenient service for a few years after COVID. Both always go the extra mile to fill in the blanks for things I had no idea to include on my forms. Highly recommend.
