Do not do business with them. They will say on the sales calls that their software can do everything. Once they have you pay the $17k down payment and you try to get onboarded then magically the software will not work for your needs. Then we ask to have our deposit back and they threaten legal action. Classless company with low character. Run!

Pro-ship originally Customer Management Solutions (CMS) was supposedly assisting the company I work for with their logistics shipping needs. For months emails went unanswered, while we paid thousands of dollars for their product and code that did not even work. Never once did they try to rectify the issue at hand or even bother to respond to our directors multiple emails. Essentially ghosted our company after wasting well over a year of our time and money and then rebranded to a new company (Pro-ship). There is nothing Pro or professional about this company! Would not recommend to anyone ever!
