Although my son is not a fan of getting his hair cut, we were impressed by the efficiency of the stylist and all the distractions available to us to keep him calm. He loved the play area, which got him used to the environment since this was his first time at Pigtails and Crewcuts, and he got to watch one of his favorite movies while sitting in a train car. Excellent service and well worth it! He looks adorable!

My daughter lovers getting her hair cut here. She loves the fun atmosphere and especially getting a treat and to pick a toy from the chest at the end of the cut. She's 4 now and was able to cooperate well. Her haircut looks especially good this last time.

Took my 5yo here for a haircut today, the place is pretty neat inside with lots to keep kids busy (and distracted, if needed). Jamie was our stylist, she was AWESOME! She listened to what we wanted and about some quirky areas where my child's hair is curly while the rest is straight. I told Jamie to do whatever made the most sense for my child's hair type. She was very nice and engaged my kid in conversation. We had a great experience, and thank you, Jamie!
