Very helpful and informative, gets straight to the point, no bs, brought in my gaming pc tower get checked out because of a booting issue. And Rick was able to help boot up my pc and give out informative solutions to solve the issue. Would recommend 👍

I was in a crisis situation, my laptop that I use for my small data analysis business was working in the evening and when I woke up it was dead as a door nail. I panicked. I called Nerd PC Help and unfortunately no one picked up so I left a message. I couldn’t get it working no matter what I did, wouldn’t even turn on, no boot up fan noises, no lights on the screen, nothing. Took it to 3 different shops including geek squad none of them knew what was wrong and wanted to charge me hundreds for diagnostics. The genius at one location said “is it charged?” While we had it plugged in and actively charging. Anyways, I’m at Best Buy about to shell out over $100...read full review
