We have house that my parents built in the 60's and when we were cleaning it out we discovered the basement wall was leaning inwards. We called McCoy and from the start of the process all they way until the end they were so helpful, informative and professional.
We Mark, Brad and the crew came out to get started they walked us through everything. They made sure we didn't have questions. They did an amazing job straighten the wall and reinforcing it so we don't have this problem again. They made sure that our property was taken care through our the process. I didn’t end up needing McCoy Contractors, but I want to take the time to give them 5 ⭐️’s for customer service. They responded quickly to my inquiry. I contacted them with incredible concern regarding a new and sudden sinkhole near the foundation of my home. They reassured my foundation is normal and even directed me to contact a landscaping company to have the sinkhole addressed properly. I appreciate the guidance and their integrity!
Call McCoy today!! Our project began with a walk through and estimate by Bob, who was friendly, thorough and helped educate us on how basements work, why ours was cracking and bowed, and what would be done to fix it. The work was completed by Bradd and his team, who were considerate, professional and kept the site impressively clean. They provided timely updates as the job progressed and gave daily walk throughs of the work. Yes - the cost was fair!
