Some of the negative reviews had me a little apprehensive, but I was pleasantly surprised. I dropped off 3 items for dry cleaning during my lunch break and they were ready for pickup the next day. Everything was as expected. They use an automated kiosk system which made the process fast and easy. The speed and convenience alone will bring me back.
