They need to hire more people. Store was clean well organized, however when you look for someone to help you they are nowhere to be found. Could definitely benefit from hiring more people for the retail floor. Otherwise cute clothes good selection great prices!
Nice store It's kind of weird that j c pennys is still around the store was clean and very organized and well taken care of but prices are still high and no good customer service.
I'm only giving three stars and I understand the fact that at some point the situation was taking care of but I still want to bring awareness to it to others I literally looked around for a sign looked back and my 6-year-old was missing I immediately looked around the store couldn't find her couldn't hear her so I went over to a cashier asked him if he had seen her he said no I gave a description of her asked him if he had still seen her he said no so I asked him if he could send out a page over the intercom or the walkie-talkie he was more interested in accounting change for a customer then he was my daughter and told me to wait one second while he handles the customer...read full review
