As always I walk out after seeing Susan feeling light and lovely! I can always anticipate a wonderful encounter! I have been experiencing her professionalism for over 18 years! Such a calming soul! Thanks Susan!!

I received a Brazilian wax and was floored with how easy and quick it was. I didn't have to flip over or have any weird positions in order for her to get everything. She's very friendly and keeps you distracted during the whole 10 minute process. The most painful parts only hurt for the time of removal. She does large strips to make it as quick as possible.

There will be wax left behind, so be sure to wear underwear you don't love. I did have some hair left behind on my inner thighs, but I'm sure I can communicate it the next time and have it taken care of. Don't be afraid to say what you need! Just be friendly and courteous with anyone in the service industry....read full review
