Brookfield Vision Center is a locally owned, small-business optometry clinic that provides thorough and unhurried exams in a comfortable environment. The optometrists, Dr. Tran and Dr. Varner, take the time to get to know their patients, listen to their concerns, and offer personalized solutions. They do not push for unnecessary additions or sales. The clinic has convenient office hours, including weekends, and offers reasonable fees for uninsured patients. The staff is excellent, explaining billing and paperwork clearly, and following up on appointments and questions. Patients appreciate the consistency and accuracy of their care, and the clinic's commitment to building long-term relationships. Overall, Brookfield Vision Center provides top-tier eye care with a focus on customer service and patient satisfaction.
Dr. Jason Varner was very thorough in his exam and carefully listened to my history. His equipment for examining all facets of my eyes was modern and current tech. I am a new patient recently having moved to WI after having had the same optometrist for 30 years. It was with trepidation that I went to my first visit; I am relieved I chose Dr. Jason Varner. He carefully explained everything, offered options, and provided advice as to future concerns as I face my 65th birthday. He took as much time as necessary, never rushing me through any part of the exam or my complicated medical history, spending more time with me than the typical appointment for a checkup.

A great place. Small-business, locally owned, started from the ground up. Exams are extremely thorough and not rushed. They do not try to force additions or make sales like other vision centers. It is a very comfortable environment.
Dr. Tran is an outstanding optometrist! She takes the time to get to know you and listens to your concerns, and offers solutions for your eye care. You do not feel rushed or uncomfortable during any appointments. I have ordered contacts and glasses a few times and they always arrive sooner that estimated. Office hours are convenient and they do have some weekend hours.(Edit 8/24/23):I've had lasik for a couple years now, but still go to Brookfield Vision Center for routine check-up's. After several years of eye appointments, I can confirm that this clinic is top tier!
