Michael Palmisano was outstanding. I cannot put into words on here how patient and kind he was. So was his team. He was supportive in every way to me and my family, even letting us know we could call him in the middle of the night, and he would answer. I have never experienced customer service at this level before… I myself have had a business for 34 years, and I stood in awe of his customer service and attention to detail. Never once did I regret my decision with having my dad taken care of at the end of his life just as I did my mom by Becker Ritter Funeral Home .
