Bill and his technician did an excellent job for our mold remediation. When we purchased our home a year ago, mold was found on inspection and the owners remediated successfully with AdvantaClean. However, the prior owners did not fix the source as recommended. Bill was able to walk me through potential sources, and in addition to being a mold expert, he helped me determine what contractors to contact to investigate and FIX the source issue - I had this lined up before they came back to remediate the mold again, so mold could be removed and then we immediately fix the source issues. Dave and his team are phenomenal! I unfortunately had to use them several times based on some water intrusion issues. They showed up timely, they set up containment and cleaned the area thoroughly. The team was very pleasant and easy to work with. I will continue to use AdvantaClean for any mold/water related issues in the future!
