Badger Heating and Air Conditioning was very responsive to our need for furnace repair. We were able to get an assessment within 24 hours and repair within days, as soon as the part was received. The cost of repair was very fair.

All three people I dealt with were friendly and courteous. My furnace would not fire up. It was a non-emergency, but in late August with winter approaching it was serious. I scheduled an appointment a week out. The repair person, Allen, came on time, was neat and polite and well equipped with tools and diagnostic equipment. He quickly set about the check and diagnosis, made several additional checks, then adjusted several things and made sure the furnace fired properly in both high and low settings.
