All three people I dealt with were friendly and courteous. My furnace would not fire up. It was a non-emergency, but in late August with winter approaching it was serious. I scheduled an appointment a week out. The repair person, Allen, came on time, was neat and polite and well equipped with tools and diagnostic equipment. He quickly set about the check and diagnosis, made several additional checks, then adjusted several things and made sure the furnace fired properly in both high and low settings. He explained what he did and when asked gave me suggestions for switching to a wifi thermostat without running a C-wire. It does not get much better than that! So I called the office and signed up for an annual fall and spring maintenance check that they will schedule with me and will save money and make me a priority customer if I have an emergency.
