We have used Gene's for YEARS. We have a funky system that they didn't install. It needs a bit of extra TLC. I love their tune-up specials. They have been friendly, prompt and through every time. We have had a few emergency calls and have always been taken care of. I don't ever want to go anywhere else.

I am incredibly pleased with my new furnace! The install went well and the crew did an excellent job.What I didn't expect, but was extremely impressed with, was the level of professionalism and customer service provided by the support teams. Two individuals in particular drove this result.Angie, who works in the office, responded with speed and precision to each of my inquiries... I did have a few extra needs than most so I contacted her maybe a few more times than what an ordinary customer might. Installers were efficient and left the work area neat and clean. All our questions were answered before they left. Installers were very friendly and responsive to all our inquiries.
