I had my entire HVAC system go down in the middle of a heat wave on the 4th of July weekend. These guys were on it immediately and had everything up and running within 48 hours with a brand new system. They were all extremely professional and good at what they do. I thought their prices were very competitive with what’s out there. I would recommend them in a second to anyone. I couldn’t have done any better.
We have used Gene's for YEARS. We have a funky system that they didn't install. It needs a bit of extra TLC. I love their tune-up specials. They have been friendly, prompt and through every time. We have had a few emergency calls and have always been taken care of. I don't ever want to go anywhere else.
I am incredibly pleased with my new furnace! The install went well and the crew did an excellent job.What I didn't expect, but was extremely impressed with, was the level of professionalism and customer service provided by the support teams. Two individuals in particular drove this result.Angie, who works in the office, responded with speed and precision to each of my inquiries...
