I paid $376 in advance and the first time I needed the service was Thanksgiving 2019. They did 12' of my 100'-plus driveway and I had to have my brother-in-law plow us out to make room for company. The service got worse from there. No apology, no refund, no response to messages or a certified letter. BUYER BEWARE! What are you going to do if you pay and he doesn't perform. He didn't for me! He wouldn't even respond to messages.
