Blain doesn't beat around the bush when it comes to taking care of your animals. If you messed up, he will tell you. But he's there for the animals, not so much your feelings. He's kind to the animals, does what needs to be done. We started going to him because he was the best price in the area. And we drive past at least one other vet clinic and there are multiple that are closer.
