I’ve been going to Black Earth veterinary clinic for quite a number of years and I’ve always enjoyed their wonderful service staff and facilities. If you want your pet to be well cared for, Black Earth veterinary clinic is the place to go. I would recommend them to anyone.
I had a fantastic experience here. They recently spayed two kittens for me and I couldn’t be more pleased with their professionalism and kindness. The staff took the time to thoroughly explain post-operative care, ensuring I felt confident about their recovery. The procedures were reasonably priced and they did a great job trimming my kittens’ nails. The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be returning for any future veterinary needs. Highly recommend!
Pros: friendly staff, convenient pickup for meds, electric med records and appointment reminders. They take the time to make sure your dog is calm and that anything confusing is explained clearly, regardless of how much time it takes. You are able to come into the building with your dog at exam time.
Cons: not many I can think of - you do have to call before entering the building at your appointment time, which feels like a lingering covid policy; however, I can see potential value in doing so (can avoid issues with larger dogs interacting with smaller dogs which entering/exciting, etc.).
