My husband went through this office to start up an llc and these people made everything as difficult as possible. They were extremely slow. They filled out all the forms with the IRS and the state. NOT A SINGLE FORM WAS CORRECT! They did not list it as an llc with the IRS or Wisconsin. On one form, they spelled a name wrong. My husband’s company cannot open a bank account until everything is fixed. The office offered to pay to fix it (which they should since they screwed up). We just found out today that they didn’t fix anything! Stay away from these people if you want to have your business start on the right foot.
