Deep tissue massage! It “hurts” sooo good! Shannon is amazing and it really helped my pain and tight muscles! The atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful! Cbd massage lotion is a definite add on!

Shannon's technique is one-of-a-kind! She got several touchy spots on my back to relax, and my neck and shoulders have been relieved of the tension from endless days at a computer desk. Her suite is relaxing and pleasantly decorated.Update April 2023 - I had a hip injury that I forgot to mention upon entering Shannon's suite. When she got to that area, I quietly mentioned it's a spot with limited flexibility. Upon leaving, I found an immediate increase in my hip range of motion! Shannon ROCKS!!!! Excited to visit her new Big Bend location in May!

Shannon is amazing!!!! I always get the 90 min Swedish cuz I really need the time. All the pain I go in with when I leave aches and pains are gone. I live with pain daily. Im so glad I started doing this for myself.
