“I have been to Dr. Rex and his clinic several times over the years and have never had a bad experience. To the contrary ... every time I walk out of his clinic, I feel like a new person. I went last night for some tingling in my shoulder and neck. This morning so far, nothing. I advised him that I haven't been sleeping well and have been having some bad moods. Last night is the first night in I cannot remember how long that I haven't waken up every hour to hour and a half. I even slept through my alarm this morning.
