Absolutely worse service I have ever encountered in a business. Scott has a unpleasant demeanor and has no respect or takes no accountability for his poor communication and lack of services. Do yourself a favor and steer clear and far away from this guy and his business.

We had been going there up until 2023 about 4 years. My wife hated going in to drop off our taxes. He was very rude with belittling comments to her about why her small business did not make a profit and rejected our teacher receipt refunds. I ended up dropping them off the last year 2023. I walked in and I overheard him talking to another couple and it was not a pleasant conversation as he was rude. I left and we never went back. In 2024 we went to Peter Mauel for our taxes. It was a very eye opening and most pleasant experience. His paper work and instructions along with his comments to my wife were professional and pleasant. I would not recommend this tax service.

It’s been almost a year and I never received my tax return from 2023. They don’t pick up the phone when you leave voicemails. The guy is rude as heck. I had the same experience as everyone else.
I should have just continued to go to H&R Block but I wanted to go a cheaper route for 2023.
The IRS website shows as if my taxes were never filed. I’m stressed out. I feel like I was scammed and as if they took my money. I have no idea what to do now. I’m beyond stressed.
