I met a guy pumping at anonymous location today around 3:30. He deserves 1,000,000 gold stars for offering to help me unload a piece of furniture without hesitation while he was waiting! Way to go for being a kind, considerate, and just well rounded human being! Thank you!
I created a review on Google that they responded to that I thought was entertaining so since I couldn’t respond to their response, I’ll do it here. You can see the attached picture with my review and their response. I tried to express constructive criticism in regards to their horrible communication and rather then being understanding and professional, they decided to clap back saying I am “welcome to take [my] service elsewhere if [I’m] not happy.” I called “during the week” to try and get a hold of someone and expected an answer hence their “24 hour” open hours but no luck. I find it hard to believe they are “not sure why [me] and [my] girlfriend Jordyn both put a 1 star review” since the whole point of the review is to tell you just that…but I really don’t appreciate the name drop of my girlfriend. They end their reply with suggesting I leave my payment on the tank “like most of [their] customers.” Its easier for me (and it should be easier for the company as well) to simply call and make a payment. They even make an extra $5 from me doing so since it’s so “convenient.” I suppose it isn’t as convenient as they claim. Regardless, I took the best advice I was given from the company themselves and took my service elsewhere. Thank YOU.
