I called Full Draw Construction at the beginning of July to fix a leak in our upstairs bathroom that we believed was a result of a faulty roof. They came out and told us it was most likely the pipe boots on the second story. The guy was nice and explained that they would go in and look at the plywood and replace any that looked rotted and make sure the roof and leak was fixed. They quoted us $1200 to replace two boots. I thought this was steep, but after speaking with the guy I thought it was worth the price to fix our roof and leak. After about ten days the workers finally came out and stayed for maybe 30 minutes. So happy with our gorgeous new roofs!
The job was done efficiently and quickly by a team of polite, tidy, skilled roofers. It looks great and our yard was left spotless when they were done.
Communication and customer service was absolutely outstanding as well.
