Jordan does a great job with my two Aussies. She’s always very responsive for scheduling. We tried a few groomers in the past and couldn’t find the right fit for us. They come home looking adorable & smelling great (but not overpowering.) I also haven’t noticed the ‘super shed’ that sometimes happens a day after when we tried other groomers. My house and dogs are happy!

I called Full Draw Construction at the beginning of July to fix a leak in our upstairs bathroom that we believed was a result of a faulty roof. They came out and told us it was most likely the pipe boots on the second story. The guy was nice and explained that they would go in and look at the plywood and replace any that looked rotted and make sure the roof and leak was fixed. They quoted us $1200 to replace two boots. I thought this was steep, but after speaking with the guy I thought it was worth the price to fix our roof and leak. After about ten days the workers finally came out and stayed for maybe 30 minutes. At that point I had already felt ripped off because it was clear they just put new boots on and left. A week later, it rains and the ceiling is still leaking. I call Full Draw Construction and they send their guys out the next day. They simply add more caulk. Two weeks later it rains again and of course it is still leaking. I call Full Draw Construction yet again, because obviously the roof is still not fixed. After three times of contacting them and being promised that they would be there the next day nothing has been resolved. It has been 10 days since the last time I was told they would be here and I haven't even received a curtesy call about rescheduling. I'm frustrated, I feel like I've been ripped off, and nearly two months later I still have a leaky roof. Based on my experience I will not be using Full Draw Construction again and I would not recommend their services at this time.UPDATE: After posting this review, the owner immediately reached out to me to resolve to issue. Within two days a new section of my roof was put in place with no cost to me. The owner expressed personal issues for the lack of communication. I appreciate the expediency and better solution for fixing the leak and am glad to have this issue resolved.Service: Roof repair

Just wow. On 4/4/24 my mom, who was in FL, wanted to send me flowers for my birthday. She worked with my husband to get them from Ladybug. When it was time to deliver them, they called my husband and he told them we were having breakfast at the Pie Shack. So they were delivered there! So sweet.

We have been using Berlin Vet for years for our large farm animals and they have always been great. I now have a cat who comes to Berlin vet for her check ups and a couple months ago had a health scare. Dr. Holt was the BEST and extremely informative about what was going on. She gave me hope through the entire situation and was super transparent about options and the issues my cat was experiencing. When X-Rays were taken, she walked me through all of the images in detail so there was absolutely nothing I was not aware of. She was so kind and went the extra mile to make sure I was informed. I truly thank Dr. Holt and her team because I don't think my cat would still be here without them!

Had a septic problem and needed an emergency pumping after 9pm. Only place I called that was willing to come out and do it! Everyone else apparently thought no one had problems after 5pm. Very appreciative of this company.
