We had a bad experience at another location and the owner sent me these coupons, when I went to redeem them, the owner decided nevermind apparently. This was the West green bay location next to familia dental. She was rude. So we came here and had Angel. She was ALL over it for us. She took AMAZING care of us!! Absolutely loved her!!!! I had a really great experience at Great Clips. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which immediately set the tone. You can tell they work well as a team and take pride in what they do. The check-in process was smooth, and the wait time was minimal, which is always a huge plus.
My stylist was attentive and made sure to understand exactly what I wanted before getting started. Tried to cut my own hair and messed it up. Called here and got in within 10 minutes due to others checking in online but not being there yet. They fixed my botch job and it gave them a good laugh. Will be back!
