Went here for a haircut this past week and was pleased with the results. Convenient location for me and the staff is friendly and professional. This will be my go-to stop for haircuts now.

Past experiences (over 5 years ago) were always great. In these 5 years, service and quality have significantly decreased. The "stylist" was very rude and way too rough with my hair. She didn't introduce herself or say hello, didn't ask what I wanted done (as in if I wanted a wash or putting my hair up or something), didn't seem to know what she was doing, argued with me about my hair, and was pulling so hard my eyes started watering. When I asked for layers, she cut very uneven and choppy "staircases" in my hair. Save the money and ask any 3 year old to cut your hair.Edit to add photo

I've been coming here for a few years now and I couldn't be happier. Friendly staff and knowledgeable about their products that they sell. I love using the app and being able to check in online, easy to use and definitely recommend to use it.
