Cut my hair different every time. I don't know much about hair, but every time I come back it's a different person and last time it was pretty bad. I tried to be clear about what I wanted but I was very confused and didn't know how to ask for what I wanted. I felt very bad afterwards because the lady who cut my hair was very nice but I don't know. Honestly I need help finding a place that won't mess up my hair.

Went here for a haircut this past week and was pleased with the results. Convenient location for me and the staff is friendly and professional. This will be my go-to stop for haircuts now.

Past experiences (over 5 years ago) were always great. In these 5 years, service and quality have significantly decreased. The "stylist" was very rude and way too rough with my hair. She didn't introduce herself or say hello, didn't ask what I wanted done (as in if I wanted a wash or putting my hair up or something), didn't seem to know what she was doing, argued with me about my hair, and was pulling so hard my eyes started watering. When I asked for layers, she cut very uneven and choppy "staircases" in my hair. Save the money and ask any 3 year old to cut your hair.Edit to add photo
