Paul has been our computer tech go to guy for years for both our church and our home computers. He has always provided reliable service and guidance through the sometimes complex world of electronics and the internet.

My laptop would not load Windows and so I gave this shop a call to see if they could help out. Paul was very friendly & helpful. He did what he could to get the OS restored & some of my data retrieved however the hard drive just wouldn't cooperate and a new OS install was necessary in order to get my laptop functional again.
I've worked in the IT field for over 20 years including a postion as an IT Helpdesk Mgr. I didn't share that info with Paul at the time however, in terms of both customer service and technical knowledge he did excellent!
I would highly recommend his service if you're in need.
The service I received both on the phone and later, with a follow-up visit to the business, was exceptional. Paul Bauer was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was obvious he knows his craft. I found him to be professional and courteous in trying to find resolution to my tech problem. I highly recommend this business.
