The customer service and attention to detail have gone downhill the last couple of years. Several years ago my taxes were assigned to one person and that person was who I dealt with from beginning to end with complete communication along the way. The last couple of years there have been several preparers involved resulting in significant mistakes on my tax return. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The last two years there have been significant mistakes on my income taxes.

My experience with MBE was beyond poor. Brett and Donald lacked knowledge of the tax code of our specific business. I trusted they knew the tax code of our industry, and even provided them with resources to clarify certain aspects of the code as it is written by the IRS, which they disregarded. Trusting them turned out to cost our business dearly due to improper filing of our taxes, and we lost out on tens of thousands of dollars in refunds due their lack of knowledge and due diligence.
