After weeks with back pain that I rated as level 5 or 6 and visits to a chiropractor with various treatments and exercises I visited Intention Massage yesterday and Kate Madsen worked me for just 60 minutes. Today I am walking without my cane and I rate my current low back pain at level 1. She is amazing!
I've been receiving massage therapy from Kate for over 10 years. Her skilled hands and therapeutic techniques have helped me heal post surgery, as well as providing relief from everyday stress and tension. Always feel so much better after a session with Kate! Recommend highly! 10/10
I’ve been a client for several years now and there’s a reason for it. Kate is professional, talented, kind, and accommodating. The cold plunge and sauna in her new location are something I very much enjoy doing before getting a massage. I strongly recommend intention wellness center, you won’t be sorry.
