Many clients appreciate the attentive care and the willingness to accommodate emergencies without making them feel rushed. The team takes the time to answer questions and address concerns, ensuring pet owners feel supported. They were available to squeeze in pets suffering so bad and were able to fix them up real quick, running a bunch of tests and making it work. The vet was awesome and knew exactly what to do, calming pets' fears. They highly recommend them. For emergency situations, like a long violent seizure, they were helpful when other clinics weren't. The technician was sympathetic and made arrangements to see Dr. Michael. You could hear the concern and caring in her voice. They did such a great job working to stabilize pets. With their advanced care and focus on the emotional aspects of pet ownership, Hill-Dale Veterinary Care is highly recommended by those who have visited.
Hilldale veterinary clinic has exceeded my expectations every time I visit with my cats! The front desk team is so personable, friendly and accommodating.
We saw Dr. Drogemuller for the first time and she was phenomenal. She and the vet technician, Megan, were incredibly thorough and knowledgeable when it came to my concerns regarding my now- senior kitty. I appreciated the education and support throughout the entire visit.

I have never experienced such wonderful 360 care! I am literally speechless.
Being turned away from Dells Animal Hospital when my dog was having an emergency was actually a blessing in disguise. I would have probably never landed on such an exceptional place had I not branched out. The support staff is so caring, the doctors are beyond thorough. I was shocked when the actual provider called and went through each blood test, explaining in detail. When one of the test showed a difference in the margin the provider pulled the report and looked deeper. She didn’t take the face value of what the lab reported.
