Recently had a furnace emergency and needed a service call. Josh came to our cabin to check on it and see what was going on, communicated amazingly, followed through, and gave us photos of what we were dealing with and made his recommendation’s. We ended up needing a new furnace and he was able to source and install within a couple of days. Josh was humble, reliable, and very knowledgeable. Very professional, amazing work, and everything is done in a timely matter, not to mention they actually call you back unlike some places! If you want stuff done right and be treated very professionally and taking care of with honesty give them a call!!!

Josh is extremely professional and accommodating. He came out to see my furnace within a couple of hours of my call and identified and resolved the issue within minutes! I will be using Katon Heating services going forward and recommending Josh to everyone I know.
