Recently had a furnace emergency and needed a service call. Josh came to our cabin to check on it and see what was going on, communicated amazingly, followed through, and gave us photos of what we were dealing with and made his recommendation’s. We ended up needing a new furnace and he was able to source and install within a couple of days. Josh was humble, reliable, and very knowledgeable. The entire experience from start to finish was perfect and we will absolutely use him and work with Katon Heating again. Thank you!
Very professional, amazing work, and everything is done in a timely matter, not to mention they actually call you back unlike some places! If you want stuff done right and be treated very professionally and taking care of with honesty give them a call!!!
