Tim did my and my ex-wife's taxes without problem for 3? years. But this year, after meeting with Tim over the phone (again for taxes,) he said he would send me documents that evening. After several days I checked in via text and he apologized and said he would get them to me that evening. When still nothing after almost 2 weeks, I texted him saying I completely understood that I may be low priority and if he didn't want to do them, no problem, just please let me know so I could find someone else. I never got a response.

We scan a few documents with our phone, send them off to Wilson Financial and they do super amazing tax magic for us. Every year they get us the maximum refund, they don't forget anything like the lame big box tax preparers always did. Highly recommend!!!
